Camera Features

The camera which we are using to film with is the Sony Handy-cam DCR-DVD92e. This camera comes with basic features but it has a good quality of filming. Some of these features are:

•  Zoom
• A back light
• A built in speaker
• Microphone
• Option to take pictures
• Flip screen 
• Playback mode
• Disk -No memory card

By having a disk, this could cause some problems because if the disk is not properly installed then the footage will be lost. I know with the camera that you have to finalise the footage which means that you cannot record anything onto the disk after. This means that everything which we film must be right whilst on the camera. 

The other features will help us to get the best quality that we can because we will be able to add more lighting if necessary and also try out zooming. The speaker will allow us to hear what we have recorded straight away and also the microphone will help us get a clear sound.
